RETURN POLICY

We have a strict no exchange no refund policy. All orders are FINAL. We do NOT offer refunds and exchanges of your orders if there is no fault from our side in size/ length/ style. We do not offer refund or exchange if you decide you did not like the piece you received.

The exception to this rule is in case of a faulty product or incorrect orders received by the client. incase of damages we will require photos to assess if the damage was truly done from our side. all our pieces get checked for quality by three different people before they are sent out. 

if you receive the product and you decide you do not like it, or want it, we cannot issue a refund. you must raise the issue within 1 day of delivery. 

Please note that if the delivery is refused due to nonpayment of duties and taxes, we won't be able to provide a refund.
